RETURN POLICY

We understand online shopping can be difficult, especially when shopping for that perfect bikini. That is why we are happy to offer free returns and exchanges for store credit within 30 days of purchasing. We want to work with you to ensure you find the best fit and style possible. 

If you would like to start a return, please email us at hello@brasiliaswim.com with your order number.

Please keep the following in mind before placing an order:

    • You have 30 days to return an item(s)
    • We accept returns and exchanges for store credit only
    • Exchanges can be done using store credit to place a new order once the returned item(s) is received and approved
    • Store credit never expires, return shipping is free
    • Product(s) must be returned with hygiene strips and tags attached and untampered with
    • Product(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original packaging or a suitable packaging of your choosing
    • Sale items are subject to final sale
Brasilia Swim LLC reserves the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Return Policy.

 

CHANGES / CANCELATIONS

If you need to change your order details, shipping address or cancel your order altogether, please let us know immediately. We cannot guarantee order changes can be made after 48 hours of order placement.
